Governor Evelio B. Javier had made such impact in the lives of Antiqueños that numerous places in the province of Antique bear his name and statues were erected in his memory. Here are some of them.
The EBJ freedom park in San Jose

The very place where Evelio was gunned down by masked & armed men. The bronze statue was executed by national artist Abueva and it seems to beckon to travelers entering the town “Welcome to Antique, home of peaceful & free”. At the southwest portion of the park was the very spot where Beloy, was last seen talking with some friends. A big boulder now marks the spot. At the back of the stage near that spot is the tennis court, now fully improved. Tennis happens to be Beloy’s favorite sport, especially during his younger years as a governor of Antique. The EBJ Freedom Park stands between the two capitals, seat of Antique’s Provincial Government offices.
The EBJ Memorial Gym

The EBJ Memorial Gym in Delegate Angel Salazar Jr. Memorial School (formerly San Jose Central School) where Evelio graduated as Valedictorian.
EBJ in Baywalk, Roxas Boulevard

There are at least four sculptures that can be found on the two-kilometer Baywalk. This one of Beloy sitting and with a far-away look is positioned near the standing statue of former Senator Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr.
Antique Upland Development Program

“The uplander must dream”, said Evelio.” It is only then that he can be better motivated to help himself”, this the Antique Upland Development Program was born. A 7- hectare area planted to fruit and endemic trees, that invite wild birds to stay and make these trees their homes, the AUDP is likewise names as EBJ-UPD in honor of the man whose vision look beyond what is ordinary. “ Others see things as they are and ask “why”, I dream of thing that never were, and say “why not” this has been the guiding principle of Evelio, the dreamer.
The EBJ Airport

Now with the modern facilities and accommodations for at least two airlines and awaiting further development.
The EBJ Sports Complex

Where dreams for the Antiqueno athletes are spun. This modern sports complex and oval was first conceived by then Governor Evelio B. Javier, by utilizing the resources which the Provincial Government had – its people , it employees. With less budget and more volunteerism work, they worked day in and day out with Evelio at the helm. What resulted was a grandstand and a sports complex curved out of a hillside, known as La Granja Hills.
